Land design from a sculptor perspective

Design of a land use feature especially in a hillside situation is challenging and an art in itself. The land use is limited by the environmental constrain and other local regulations in place to ensure the suitability of the design. The sculptor utilize the contour configuration in achieveing the best usage of the land while keep minimum disturbance to the existing ground feature. Imagine an urban setting community surrounded by natural beauties. An area where traffic access to and from the community is well planned and no traffic congestion during commute hours. This is the community where the public school is closely located to the residents. There are both walking and horse trails surround the community with scenic views beyond the view point. Buildings within the community are blended in within the environment setting.
